CODE OF CONDUCT

The Game Dev Sessions is a safe space for everyone, inclusive and respectful, therefore all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff must treat each other with respect, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, ethnicity, religion, or any other characteristic.

APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Respect personal space and speaking time.
Do not disrupt talks or panels inappropriately.
Harassment, discrimination, verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.

HARASSMENT & UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

Offensive comments related to identity, appearance, or beliefs.
Intimidation, stalking, or threats.
Inappropriate physical contact without consent.
Unwelcome use of sexualized images or language.

CONSEQUENCES

Failure to comply with this code may result in:

A formal warning.
Expulsion from the event.
A ban from future editions.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please contact the event organizers through the staff during the event or through the e-mail geral@gamedevsessions.com.

All reports will be handled confidentially.
