Third day of Game Dev Sessions strengthens the link between technology, art and education

The third day of Game Dev Sessions once again highlighted the diversity and richness of the video game ecosystem, bringing together experienced professionals, young talent and academics in a programme that combined technical knowledge, creativity and innovation.

At the Praça da Criatividade, sessions focused on 2D and 3D art, visual effects, narrative design, production and educational experiences related to digital games. The presence of guests with international backgrounds gave the audience a practical insight into the challenges of the industry, but also the possible paths for those starting out in the sector.

As in previous days, all the talks were broadcast live on the official YouTube channel, allowing participants from all over the country – and abroad – to follow the content in real time. The broadcast will be available until the end of the event.

The event, which is free to attend, concludes tomorrow, Sunday, with more sessions open to the community and speakers closing the programme with topics dedicated to art, technical development and the future of the creative industry as it relates to video games.
